Shipping and Payment Instructions - International Customers


International Shipping - We charge actual shipping costs for all International orders. Email us with your order and we will send you the shipping costs. We normally ship via Global Express (includes insurance). You are responsible for duties and taxes as applicable to your Country. If you decide to choose Global Priority or Airmail shipping, please understand that both these methods have no insurance or tracking number. Once shipped our company cannot be held responsible for the package.

Note: the U.S. Post Office requires the telephone number of the addressee. We cannot ship your goods unless you provide us with your telephone number.


WARNING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS


Customs officials in several countries sometimes break open packages and confiscate materials. So far as we know there is NO recourse for the mail-order customer who is the victim of this. While we sympathize with our customers, Tryphon Enterprises cannot take responsibility for the practices of other Countries. Please be aware you are ordering these items at your own risk and that Tryphon Enterprises is not obligated to replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged as a result of customs interference or are lost in transit by the postal authorities. (We will refund orders that are merely returned to us undamaged)

In view of the diverse rules and regulations in effect in different Countries, the buyer hereby exempts Tryphon Enterprises from all liability present and future regarding local customs, laws and/or delivery and/or condition of arrival of goods. No guarantee therefore is solicited nor expected regarding the aforementioned and any and all claims to liability from Tryphon Enterprises are waived.

For payment by VISA, Discover or MasterCard, you can FAX to us (securely) your Credit Card number, expiration date and three digit security code (on the back of the card) at: +1 561 7924245 or you can call me (Giovanni Abrate at +1 561 7924244). If you have no access to a fax machine, you can email the credit card information, making sure that the actual credit card number is split between two separate email messages. There is a minimum order value of $20 (excluding shipping) for all credit card purchases.


Please Note: this is not my primary occupation; I have a full-time job that requires frequent travel. While I always try to process orders in a timely manner, if an order is received while I am away from my home base, it may take a few weeks before the goods are shipped.
